The Story
OUR HISTORY
Burly was born out of the love of travel, planes and airport experiences. After 15 Years of travel and going through countless different luggages and suitcases, we finally had enough of poor quality luggages.
First Base
No More Broken Luggages
The first part of our design process was to design a suitcase that was unbreakable, timeless and user friendly.
Second Base
Setting The Standard
We wanted to set the standard with quality and provide a timeless design so that our luggages would look stunning 5, 10 or 20+ years from now.
Third Base
Giving Back To The Planet
We not only wanted to make a unbreakable luggage, but also wanted to do something for the planet.

We partner with Veritree to plant trees. Not only does it help with reducing CO2 footprints, but it also helps to create jobs, feed families and restore better ecosystems.

What Trees Do We Plant?
We primarily focus on planting Mangrove trees. A key reason is that mangroves can absorb 8 times more carbon than a standard tree.
Where Do We Plant?
We are currently focused on planting in Brazil, Madagascar and parts of Africa. By planting in these locations, it helps to provides jobs, combat poverty and restore ecosystems.
How is it Verified?
We have partnered with Veritree to ensure that the trees that have been planted and are due to be planted are officially been verified and tracked. Helping to improve transparency.
